Construction Administration
Full Contract Administration services include attendance at regular construction progress meetings at agreed to
regular intervals appropriate to the construction project phase and preparation of the following structured instruments:
o Answering Requests for Interpretation (RFI)
o Documenting Construction Change Directives (CCD)
o Reviewing Change Orders
o Issuing Architect’s Instructions
o Issuing Field Sketches
o Reviewing Contractor Submittals
o Reviewing Contractor’s submission for and approving/denying Payment Requisition’s.
o Reissuing Drawings as part of the above construction instruments..
