The Carlton, located in Reservoir Hill, has officially opened! Through close collaboration with our client, we were able to create a design to restore the 124-year-old vacant apartment building. This project required us to secure neighborhood support and obtain two variances from the BMZA to improve the building’s functionality. With these variances secured, we were able to craft a design accommodating 12 units, ensuring an optimal layout for the space.
