Our team designed the interior renovation of a vacant commercial building into a children’s music academy. The project also included a new ADA-accessible ramp and landing within the public right-of-way, providing an accessible entrance for students, families, and visitors.

Through adaptive reuse and thoughtful design, an underutilized commercial space now serves as a dedicated space for music, creativity, and learning.
